AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, 30th April 2015 – EV-Box announced today changes to its executive leadership team that will help the company accelerate its international expansion.
Kristof Vereenooghe is appointed as CEO. Mr. Vereenooghe is a proven technology executive with deep SaaS-Cloud software expertise and a track record in driving international growth. Before accepting this new role, mr. Vereenooghe had a leading role within different startups that have become key players in their industry such as Bynder, LUMA Marketing Technologies and Xeikon.
Bram van de Leur, the founder of EV-Box, continues to be part of the executive leadership team. As the company’s CTO, mr. van de Leur will focus on product strategy and innovation.
Robert Pijselman is formally appointed Chairman of EV-Box, continuing to support the company in empowering the evolution of mobility by offering the most sustainable infrastructure solution and help the world being electrically powered. Prior to EV-Box, mr. Pijselman was responsible for successfully turning BWise into a global leader in compliance governance and enterprise risk management software. Mr. Pijselman left Nasdaq in January 2015, after having sold and integrated BWise successfully into Nasdaq.
All appointments are effective immediately.
